I agree with the above comments, the picture is very well drawn. I don't see the femininity, although if you look only at the right half of the face (from my point of view, looking at the monitor) and lower part, I can see what you mean by it seeming to be feminine. The left upper part of the face adds the needed masculinity with a well-draws eyebrow curve.
